All supplies Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted and can be purchased directly from my website:
Paper: Kraft, Christmas Cocoa DSP (Holiday Mini), Bridesmaid DSP
Accessories: Ornament Punch (Holiday Mini), SU Eyelet Border Punch
I first punched the ornament from the felted designer paper that came with the Christmas Cocoa package by lining up the punch with the design on the paper. Then I took the Bridesmaid DSP (from the 2009/2010 IBC catalog) and punch one edge of a 12x12 sheet with the Eyelet border punch. I lined up the ornament punch along the punched edge and punched just enough to make it look like an ornament topper. The edge that was punched left this very thin strip of paper so I used that as the hanger for the ornament. I think you could really dress this up by adding a little bow at the top of each ornament but I didn't have any ribbon that I thought would go with this so I left it plain.
